Marianne Melley, founded ACI in 1995. Marianne has over 17 years' of experience designing and conducting seminars. She is a dynamic facilitator with a reputation for helping clients increase flexibility and confidence in solving problems. The training programs she writes for clients are highly interactive, customized, and memorable.

Ms. Melley's first professional speaking contract was with SkillPath Seminars, where she quickly rose to be one of their top trainers. Marianne was selected out of 300 trainers to take SkillPath's first Leadership Conference around the country. Her audio and videotapes published by SkillPath on 'Conflict Resolution' are being used for training purposes worldwide.

This past year Marianne had the pleasure of teaching Leadership Skills II to over 500 foremen for the Pacific Maritime Association (PMA) and the International Longshore & Warehouse Union (ILWU). The Leadership II course includes handling sexual harassment and the law. This course meets and exceeds the CA criteria for mandatory sexual harassment training for supervisors.

Ms. Melley received a BA from Fordham University with honors in Psychology, and went on to graduate school for Education and Counseling. Prior to starting ACI, Ms. Melley was Vice President of Healthcare for the Solomon-Page Group, LLC., an Employment Specialist for The Lighthouse for the Blind, an educator in New York City, and a Drug Education and Prevention instructor for Phoenix House. She also conducts training for Russell Consulting and Integrity Systems. Marianne is an active member of ASTD.
