Advanced Communications International (ACI) is an Orange County based educational training company which conducts the following on-site seminars:

What makes ACI courses successful is using the Socratic approach to education. Educare in Latin means “to bring out.” Attendees are encouraged to share what they already know about the topic at hand, and then we build on that. This increases subject recall, involves the attendees in the learning process and keeps them awake.

Our presentation style is a balance between engaging professionalism and humor. The recommended class size is a maximum of 25 to encourage participation and to ensure everyone benefits from their experience. Larger groups tend to inhibit interaction. We take growth and improvement seriously. With our low participant to facilitator ratio, attendees receive the practice, coaching, and feedback necessary to fully develop their skills and transfer them back to the job.

ACI's course on Sexual Harassment and Diversity Awareness fulfills California's State Requirement for Managers. This course is recommended for all employees, because it further protects companies under the Fair Employment Act sections 12940 (a), (j), and (k).

ACI's seminars meet the needs of both the employer and employee. We assess a company's goals and industry, and the learning requirements for staff, to develop the most relevant training course possible. All courses are modified for each industry at no extra charge. Courses range from four hours to two days long and advanced courses are offered. The reference workbooks designed for course attendees are tailored to each organization, and are approved by the employer prior to training.
